This large studio is located in a building that has seen some of the great moments in the history of France. Impeccable, it offers spacious and classically decorated French high quality. It is organized into a sleeping area where there is a 160cm-bed which can be made into 2 single beds, a sitting area with a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining room with a convivial table space.

The fully equipped kitchen is separated, as is the dressing room which is located to the right of the bathroom and that can store luggage and clothing,
The bathroom includes a washing machine, a shower, a WC and a complete sink section. Linens, towels and professional cleaning before your stay, are all included in the rent.

Here, most major subway lines, buses and RER trains cross, giving you the most convenient way to travel throughout Paris. The banks of the Seine with their booksellers are just two steps away. The Pont des Arts, the Louvre, the Marais and the Place Dauphine are a walk away. The area is full of excellent restaurants and trendy boutiques, so you can fully enjoy your stay.

• Arrival time: Between 2:30pm and 7pm
• Departure time: Between 8:30am and 12pm (noon)

EXTRA FEE

• 50€ for any late check-in between 7pm and 11pm
• 50€ for any early check-out between 6am and 8:30am
• 50€ for any check-in or check-out on Sundays or French Bank Holidays, at any time.
• 100€ for any check-in on December 24th or December 31st, between 12pm (noon) and 3pm.

• Damage Deposit
  Reservations 1 to 26 nights: Payable by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), upon entering the apartment (a pre-authorization payment), or via PayPal, 8 to 15 days before arrival.
  Reservations 27+ nights: Payable by Bank Transfer 8 to 15 days before arrival (fees may apply)

OTHER

• Delivery of keys: Inside the apartment.
• End of stay cleaning: Included for reservations 1 to 26 nights.
• Charges: Included for reservations 1 to 26 nights.
• Not accepted: Parties, pets and smoking.
• No check-in or check-out between 11pm and 6am.
• No check-in on January 1st, May 1st or December 25th.
• No check-in or check-out after 3pm on December 24th or December 31st.
