Couldn't be a better location. We walked everywhere or caught the tube.
Across the street from metro and Note Dame. Plenty of great little eateries, a bakery and crepe store outside the main entrance.
3 adults stayed in the apartment and it was terrific during a very Cold November. Terrific heating, plenty of hot water and fluffy towels and very comfy beds.
With a small kitchen we used the coffee machine, washing machine, but if you wanted you could create a gourmet meal, everything was provided.
Decor, aged but quaint and we felt we were staying in an aged Aunts apartment.
The management company couldn't do enough. I left my phone in the apartment, they got a message to me, they mailed it to my specified accommodation and it all arrived safely.
Would we stay again, in a heartbeat. Couldn't stay anywhere else in Paris again.

Piccolo appartamentino ma comunque ottimo per 2 persone, attrezzatissimo, ben organizzato e molto pulito ma soprattutto in una posizione eccezionale. A due passi su rue des Lombards troverete un carrefour city per spese ecc. In 2 minuti si raggiunge la senna e da lì potrete vedere da soli quanto vicini siete a Notre-dame e al Louvre, in ogni caso c'è la stazione della metro "chatelet" dove incrociano la linea 1, 4, 7, 11 e 14 con le quali potrete raggiungere facilmente tutti i luoghi di interesse, procedendo invece in direzione opposta si trova a 5 minuti il "centre Pompidou", museo d'arte moderna, e il "Forum des Halles", centro commerciale sotterraneo. Procedendo invece lungo "rue de Rivoli" in direzione opposta al Lourve, in 2 minuti ci si ritrova nella piazza delle "Hotel de Ville" ora municipio di Parigi. Locali di ogni genere a pochi passi nella zona pedonale che inizia proprio sotto casa.

Insomma posizione perfetta per una vacanza nel centro di Parigi. Ottimo il servizio per il check-in e il check-out offerto dall'agenzia!

Translation:
Small apartment but still great for 2 people, well equipped , well organized and very clean but especially in a great location. A few steps from rue des Lombards, you will find a carrefour city for shopping. In 2 minutes you can reach the Seine River and from there you can see for yourselves how close to Notre-Dame and the Louvre you are. In any case there is the metro station 'Châtelet' where crossings of the lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14, with which you can easily reach all places of interest. Proceeding in the opposite direction, in 5 minutes, is the 'Centre Pompidou', museum of Modern Art and the 'Forum des Halles', the underground mall. Proceeding along instead the 'Rue de Rivoli' in the opposite direction to the Lourve, in 2 minutes you will find yourself in the square of the 'Hotel de Ville', now at the town hall of Paris. Clubs of all kinds are within walking distance and the pedestrian zone begins just below the apartment.
In short, the perfect location for a holiday in the center of Paris. Great service check- in and check -out offered by the agency.

We arrived on an AM flight from the USA. We were allowed to check in by 12 noon. The person met us right on time and the check in went smooth, except for a little trouble with the internet, which she got fixed. The room is small, but it was clean & comfortable for two people who were here to visit Paris, not stay in the room. We could walk every where. There is also a train stop is a 5 minute walk. We did buy food a few blocks away from a grocery store and made some of our meals in the apartment. We truly enjoyed the location of the apartment. It made it easy to get around and see the sights we wanted, especially since we did not have a car!

We spent a wonderful week in the property with our nineteen year old son. The location can't be beaten within walking distance of grocery, patisserie, boulangerie and many outdoor cafes and restaurants. Our apartment was fully loaded with everything you need. I stayed for 3 nights in January with my boyfriend. It was a lovely studio, charming, cosy, well equipped and in a fantastic area close to everything you could possibly need! We had a great time with the place as our base and we hope to return at the end of the year!

An instruction booklet (eg for TV, Washer/drier) in the major languages would be a positive addition. Fantastic location and very suited to our purpose. Will try for it or similar next time.

I am happy to report that we had a very good experience with this apartment. The apartment is old-French style, which we love, and is situated across the street from Corcoran's pub. So we enjoyed a huge breakfast when we arrived and could look right out the window to make sure we saw Camille (our greeter), who was to let us into the apartment. Everything was clean, organized, and just as advertised. It is within the walls of a courtyard, providing a place for the children to play (quietly!) outdoors in a secure area within view. We were close to EVERYTHING we could possibly need. I am so relieved that this turned out to be a great experience and hope to rent the exact same apartment when we come again

Outstanding! This apartment is spacious and gorgeous. It has everything anyone could want for a short or extended visit to Paris. We stayed for 10 nights and could have stayed longer.

The location is ideal and so close to everything St Germain has to offer.

The booking, check in and check out process was so smooth and it was made so easy by the whole friendly and responsive team.

Great location. Everything worked fine. Good appliances. Very comfortable bed. The coach in the living room could be a little more comfortable. And you have to manage the almost 3 floors through the stairs. Very recommendable.

The apartment was excellent and in a fantastic location. Rooms were spacious and very well appointed, and the Marais was a great area to stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others, and hope to return one day myself!

My husband and I searched many apartments before we came to this one. I feel we made a great choice! The apartment is on the top floor as we were aware with lots of stairs to walk up, but who cares you're in Paris and will do lots of walking and eating so enjoy your cardio workout! The location was great as it was away from car noise but you could enjoy the everyday sounds of people passing by. A short walk to Norte Dame and close to a metro station which was a breeze to use. The apartment is quite spacious and is beautifully decorated. The bed was vey comfortable and the bedroom was quiet, being at the back of the apartment. We loved the beautiful sounds of the Saint Severin bells ringing. We will stay here again when we visit the city of lights.

This is a great little apartment. Had everything you could possibly need for a short stay. We only had 3 nights and it was great. It says it can sleep 4 but that would be stretching it as you would need to make the couch into a bed and there would be no room to sit or move around so definitely only suitable for a couple in my opinion. The bed is really comfy and the apartment was clean and well maintained. The location is great as there are literally hundreds of cafes/restaurants a few steps away and the Notre Dame and a hop-on/hop-off bus stop a few minutes walk also. I do have to warn however about the address confusion as the street name changes a few metres away and we were dropped off by a limousine company and even they got it wrong as there are literally two No. 13's within 50-100 metres of each other. Apart from this initial confusion we really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Superb location in the middle of amazing Saint Germain district. Vis-a-vis famous Le Polidor restaurant (est. 1845 and Woody Alen filmed there), walking distance to Luxemburg Gardens, Sorbonne, Notre Dame, Metro Station (Odeon) etc. 
Apartment itself small but comfy - all you need for a short stay is there.

Nice, charming location in a quiet building. Generally speaking the apartment is in good condition. Good lower floor with kitchen and dining/sleeping room. The bathroom and the sleeping area on the upper floor has a very low ceiling, people w. a height above 160 cm cannot stand upright. No shower - only bathtub.

Está muy bien situado, es muy acogedor y tiene una bonita decoración, teniamos miedo al sofá-cama por los comentarios negativos de algunos usuarios, pero ha resultado ser un buen sofa-cama y cómodo. Pero, los 4 pisos andando para niños pequeños o personas con dificultad en la movilidad es duro.

It is conveniently located, is very cozy and has a nice decor, we had fear of sofa bed by the negative comments of some users, but has proven to be a good and comfortable sofa bed. But, the 4 story walk for young children or people with mobility difficulty is hard.

We were so surprised with the quality of the apartment we rented. It was so much nicer than the pictures could have displayed! Incredibly equipped with everything you could need to have a dinner party for six if you chose too! Modern and immaculately clean and the furnishings felt like a home someone was proud of! I had a little difficulty with the payment plan, but some of it was my fault due to not being familiar with PayPal. I had to send a bank transfer to the owner for part of it and it just seemed complicated. Now that I know PayPal a little better I think the next time would be easier.
Our greeter was so helpful! I never would have figured out the washer/dryer! She made our stay so much more comfortable and was right there at the arranged time to greet us. The location was right where I wanted to be as well. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great apartment-perfectly suited to our short stay in Paris. Great location. Paris Rental Services were easy to deal with and we were met by a very charming Laura.

Prima ligging, leuke straat met veel restaurantjes, winkeltjes en cafés. In appartement is alles aanwezig om er goed te kunnen verblijven. Prima badkamer, ruime keuken, aparte wc.
Het overhandigen van de sleutels ging ook heel plezierig, ruim op tijd. Alles werd goed uitgelegd en voorgedaan. De bedden waren opgemaakt, hoefden alleen nog uitgeklapt.
De matrassen van de bedbanken waren niet heel stevig. Ook vonden wij het matras iets te kort. Maar al met al hebben we redelijk goed geslapen.

Great location, nice street with many restaurants, shops and cafes. The apartment has everything for a good stay. Great bathroom, spacious kitchen, separate wc.
Handing over of the keys was also very pleasant and on time. Everything was well explained and demonstrated. The beds were made, only needed to be unfolded.
The mattress of the sofa beds were not very solid. We also found the mattress a little too short. But all in all we slept pretty well.

The apartment was as described on the web site. The takeover and hand back went well and was very competently handled by Laura. The location was perfect and the renovation to the building facade was not too disturbing. Minus points very bad lighting in the sitting area and the bathroom. One light in the sitting area did not work and was very difficult to see how one could change the bulb. The washing machine dryer mode did not work. In general the apartment was clean but the glasses, which did not seem to be often used were very dusty. I will use your service again and would recommend it.

Merveilleux appartement avec beaucoup de caractere .Ma fille, mon fils at moi avons passe un sejour bien agreable. Tres bien equippe, situe en plein coeur de la ville. Les lits etaient tres comfortables, tres peu de bruit. Si l'occasion se presentait, on y reviendrais certainement.

Great apartment on the beautiful Île Saint Louis. It was a great location in the center of Paris, with Notre Dame just 1 minute walk away! All of the staff were very helpful and the communication was wonderful, as was the apartment itself - really nice large windows.
Very nice layout, good kitchen area and a comfortable bed.

My family and I enoyed our stay at the apartment on Rue Saint-Jacques a lot! It was a great little cosy place, conveniently located to all the action and attraction in the Latin Quarter. It looked exactly as I had pictured it after viewing the photos and reading the description on the website. Beautifully restored antique wooden beams on the ceiling, walls and ceramic tile floors combined with modern furniture. Professional greeter to facilitate check-in and check-out! Merci, Laura!
