Your bilingual driver would be waiting for you at the luggage exit-point with a sign with your name.
He will drive you directly to your apartment and inform Paris Rental Services of your upcoming arrival at the apartment.

*The reservation can be cancelled from Monday to Friday at least 24 hours before the day of the scheduled transport (local time).
For cancellations less than 24 hours before your scheduled transport, no refunds can be given.
