  Paris Rental Services assure la gestion de notre appartement depuis plusieurs années avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. N'habitant pas en France, nous nous en remettons totalement à eux pour s'occuper de tout. C'est un confort vraiment précieux. C'est d'ailleurs grâce à Véronique que nous avons trouvé et acheté notre appartement et nous ne la remercierons jamais assez ! Le taux de remplissage est tout à fait satisfaisant et nous laisse le loisir de venir à Paris quand nous le souhaitons. Les visiteurs semblent heureux et nous aussi !

  Paris Rental Services has managed our apartment for several years with great professionalism. Not living in France, we totally rely upon them to take care of everything. This is a really precious comfort. This is thanks to Véronique we found and purchased our apartment and we cannot thank them enough!   Nous sommes propriétaires d'un appartement dans le 6ème arrondissement géré par Paris Rental Services depuis maintenant 2 ans et nous ne pouvons que louer le professionnalisme de cette société.
  Un grand merci à Véronique qui a su développer ce service tant sur le plan matériel (appartement impeccables, problèmes traités rapidement) que sur le plan administratif (relevés, détails des opérations, virements). Bravo pour tout.

  Ho incontrato Paris Rental Services due anni orsono, qualche giorno dopo aver acuistato uno studio parigino. La serieta' e la competenza della Sig.ra Guedj mi ha immediatamente ispirato fiducia. La stessa Veronique mi ha guidato in tutto il progetto di ristrutturazione e decorazione del mio studio, trasformandolo in una bellissima suite molto funzionale per gli ospiti stranieri ed allo stesso tempo ideale per le mie esigenze di visitatore occasionale. La trasparenza e la costante rendicontazione della gestione, la facilita' della funzione di prenotazione e pagamento, hanno permesso al progetto di avere una buona redditivita' e sopratutto di conservare il bene in uno stato davvero impeccabile malgrado la continua rotazione degli ospiti. Inoltre la Sig.ra Guedj si e' rivelata molto affidabile anche nelle deleghe verso l'assemblea di condominio, prevenendo e risolvendo varie questioni.
  Raccomanderei la Sig.ra Guedj ed il suo team per la migliore gestione dei beni immobili a breve locazione.

  I met Paris Rental Services two years ago, a few days after purchasing a Parisian studio. The seriousness and the competence of Ms. Guedj immediately inspired confidence. Veronique guided me throughout the project of the renovation and decoration of my studio, transforming it into a beautiful suite; very functional for foreign guests and at the same time ideal for my needs as an occasional visitor. Transparency and constant reports of management, facilitates 'the function of booking and payment, allowed the project to have a good profitability' and most of all kept the property in an impeccable state, despite the continuous rotation of the guests. In addition, Ms. Guedj has proved to be very reliable, preventing and resolving various issues.

  Nous avons confié nos appartements il y a près de 2 ans à la société Paris Rental Services.
  Véronique fait preuve d’une grande conscience professionnelle et un souci du détail.
  Nous retrouvons régulièrement nos appartements dans un excellent état.

  C'est un réel plaisir de constater, au fil du temps, la bonne gestion de mon bien assurée par Paris Rental Services.
  Les visiteurs sont accueillis chaleureusement, les appartements sont parfaitement tenus et si un problème quelconque devait se produire, il est traité dans les meilleurs délais et efficacement.
