general terms of sales
-home linen cleaning is included if a washing and dryer machine stands in the flat. Ironing is 8 € per set
-fee for cleaning and drying the linen in an external laundry is 15 € for the 1st set, then 10 € per extra set (soap and softer included)
-dirty linen is put down in the steam pressing for free : the steam pressing bill is not included
-cleaning products and amenities are provided by the owner in the flat
all inclusive monthly fee
-commitment : min 6 months , contract is renewed tacitly upon the expiration date
-Terminable contract with an advance certified notice of one month; No refund before the expiration date of the contract
-*4 services included/month
-10% discount for studio under 16 sqM for complete service (greeting,departure plus housekeeping)
extra fee payable by the renter for service between 20h00 and 8h00
